Prices
All prices are subject to change. Our quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Retention of title
The delivered goods remain the property of THE BATH SHOP AG until payment has been made in full.
Delivery
Delivery is made by lorry or parcel post to the domicile, construction site or valley station. THE BATH SHOP AG charges the buyer a share of the transport costs. We make every effort to meet delivery dates; however, delivery dates are non-binding. Any claims for damages due to non-compliance with delivery dates are excluded. If no delivery date has been agreed, we deliver the order as soon as it is complete. If delivery is delayed on your side, we reserve the right to invoice the order on the confirmed date.
Returns
A deduction corresponding to the costs incurred will be made from credits for returned goods, but at least 10%. The return of appliances requires our prior written consent. Goods delivered more than three months ago cannot be returned. The same applies to damaged and used items as well as custom-made products. Only items included in our current stock range can be returned. Goods must be delivered to us carriage paid in their undamaged original packaging.
Warranty
We grant a 24-month warranty on all our products (12 months for metal finishes) from the date of delivery, provided they have been handled properly and installed by a qualified specialist. This warranty is limited to the free repair or replacement of parts that we recognise as defective and excludes any further warranty, in particular liability for the costs of installation or removal as well as for material, physical and business damage.
Models, prices and errors excepted
Dimensions are subject to manufacturing tolerances and subsequent changes. Liability for the consequences of incorrect or incomplete dimensions is excluded (Art. 100 CO).
